Awaken to Your Inner Truth
Somatic meditation puts us in touch with the real quality of being a human- feeling. All of our experience is held and arises through the body. In somatic meditation we take our awareness inward and focus on our physical form and the felt sense of the body itself. We allow any sensations or feelings present to arise without analyzing or judging; we just allow and witness with our full awareness.
As we observe, these felt senses shift and transform and we track these movements, letting the body be the path of our practice. By coming into the body and remaining open to explore with acceptance to all that is, it allows us to connect to ourselves on a deep level and awaken to important discoveries that can lead to authentic realization and transformation.
