Project Description
Conscious Connected Breathing
Conscious Connected Breathing
Access Your Subconscious
Conscious connected breathing is a breathing technique where you breath in a circular pattern with no pauses between the inhale and exhale. The inhale is full and active, while the exhale is soft and surrendered. It is a psychotherapeutic practice that works to activate the subconscious mind revealing unprocessed emotions and trauma that arise for integration and to be fully released.
This type of breathwork has a variety of benefits that include but are not limited to, increased oxygen supply to the entire body, improved energy levels, and expanded awareness. It also activates our detoxification processes, as 70% of our toxins are released as we exhale, and our lymphatic system is also engaged through the deep diaphragmatic movements. It also works to regulate our nervous system, thus helping to reduce stress in the body.
