The name “Breath of Aquarius” for me reflects the age of consciousness that we are moving into at this time in our history. Although there is much controversy as to the exact dates that we enter the astrological time of Age of Aquarius, the archetype of Aquarius is what I stand for and what I feel is needed in our world at this time.
Aquarius is known as the water-bearer, pouring wisdom from the cosmos to awaken people to the truth of their being. It represents collaboration, humanitarian duty, the awakening of spirituality, and celebrating our unique differences and diversity. Breathing in the ideals of Aquarius is exactly what we need to heal as a world, to embrace our diversity and join together in unity, living in alignment with the wisdom of nature itself. Growing up so we can show up for ourselves, for our children, for the future of humanity.
When we engage in breathwork we awaken to our innate wisdom, and as we make the unconscious conscious we begin to remember who we are and why we are here. As we breathe, and take the time to integrate and heal ourselves, we grow in awareness and move towards more enlightened living. When we live from that higher vantage point we are able to recognize the patterns of our unintegrated trauma, which empowers us with the choice to respond with greater awareness and compassion for ourselves and others.
As we heal ourselves, we heal as a collective, ultimately changing the path of human consciousness.
Stephanie Roberts is the founder of Breath of Aquarius, specializing in conscious connected breathing and emotional trauma release. Through the power of the breath, she guides her clients to go within and connect to their innate wisdom, improving physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health.
